A hearty artisan loaf made with 40% wholemeal and 60% white flour. Naturally fermented and stone baked for a crisp crust and rich flavour.

Ingredients: White flour, whole wheat flour, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, quinoa, water, sourdough culture, salt.

Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten) and seeds. May contain traces of nuts.
