Chocolate & Almond Cookie

An indulgent chocolate cookie with a soft, fudgy crumb,  topped with Almond paste and dark chocolate ganache. Finished with roasted almonds and flaky sea salt. Rich, nutty and intensely chocolatey!

Cookies are always better warm! Heat gently in a 160dg pre heated oven for 1 minute approx 

Ingredients:
Wheat flour, butter, caster sugar, brown sugar, eggs, dark chocolate, cocoa powder, almond butter, thickened cream, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, vanilla extract, sea salt, roasted almonds.
