Almost white sourdough

An artisan loaf made with 5% wholemeal and 95% white flour. Naturally fermented and stone baked for a crisp crust and mild flavour.

Ingredients: White flour, whole wheat flour, water, sourdough culture, salt.

Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten). May contain traces of nuts & seeds
